The Best 5 Component Banana Oat Meal Cookies.

How can baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually have to obtain a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the dough to ages, then cut out small cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll. But then I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you receive round Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

However, what mostly convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can blend two ingredients.

Though in case you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you consume them), however I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder inside one hour.

They're great for hiking trips or other occasions where you want a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a fast snack in my backpack.

It also has to be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the usual cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- because I think these will be the only really healthful snacks that have been produced by humanity.

Take oats for example. Not merely do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- significant for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not only cause they have an adequate quantity of good carbs but also for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a difficult day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I am a big fan.

Here's a good example of when I could have done with a few these cookies. Regrettably, I did not have them with me.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really nicely )

Optional: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Recipe Video ...

two tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 little number walnuts, crumbled

1 small handful sesame seeds, pear

You can add pretty much anything you enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Take a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is nicely mixed

Put baking paper onto the tray so the cookies don't stick. If you don't have that make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)

To make the cookie shape just grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photograph above. It is super quick and easy.
